Admiralty Lounge Summer Menu 2026

The Lady Mag is one of those drinks that I just knew would work from the second I came up with the flavors. Sometimes we get lucky like that. It’s a fairly straight forward sherry cobbler with some easy prep and one flashy ingredient. Even though it’s inspired entirely by Spanish flavors, the drink is named after an absolutely delightful Italian jazz song. Give it a listen while you drink one.

  • 1 oz Lustau Fino Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Korbel Brandy
  • 0.25 oz Empirical Olive
  • 2 oz Orange Juice Syrup

    Whip shake, serve in a hurricane glass packed with pebble ice, a straw, half a dehydrated orange wheel, and an olive on a pick.

Prep:

Orange Juice Syrup:

  • 100g Fresh squeezed and strained orange juice 
  • 29g sugar

Stir ingredients to combine. Sweetening our OJ allows us to avoid simple syrup and significantly extends the shelf life of our OJ. in milk and eggs, then bottle. Makes ~27 cocktails.
